i have a packard bell laptop which has become very slow shutting down.i suspect that there is a background programme delaying shutdown,because occasionally a blue screen pops up for literally half a second,which then disappears too quickly for me to read.however ive just managed to see "force shut down" displayed.can anyone help? I couldn’t agree more, and it’s very selective. I have excruciatingly painful slow speed when trying to load video on Facebook or Instagram. But my Netflix is fine, same with Twitch. I honest to god got a Bell advertisement and not even a day later my speed was down, probably coincidence but a strange one.
