I can see the Local area connection2 (TAP-Windows Adapter V9)and there is red X mark and it says Network cable unplugged. I restarted the open VPN services several times, I disabled IPV6 and did a repair on the adapter still I am not able to ping the IP addresses that was provided by the hosted guys.
