Feb 10, 2016 · That's mostly correct. I have the slingtv app and it won't stream to my TV (through my roku) using wifi. If I try to use the app on my phone it works if I disconnect from WiFi and only use my mobile data. There are other apps on my roku that stream using WiFi and they all work fine. It's only my sling TV app that won't work. The wireless will show connected because it is connected to the router, and able to access the LAN. In windows 7 / vista, it will say no internet access if the router is not connected to the
